The Initial Acupuncture visit begins with an in-depth consultation to explore your health history, current concerns and overall goals. An acupuncture diagnosis is made to select points best suited to your body’s needs, creating a personalized treatment plan that supports your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. This session includes your first acupuncture treatment, which may be complimented by additional modalities such as gua sha, needle-free laser therapy, cupping, or gentle electro-stimulation. Please allow extra time for this session, as it serves for the foundation in your healing journey.
